FROM FOODEX TILL MAISON + OBJET
In addition to facilitating individual participation in a large number of local trade fairs within Asia (including Myanmar, the Philippines, Vietnam and India), we also organise the Netherlands Pavilion at the leading international trade fairs. Participating in a Dutch Pavilion is an excellent opportunity to present yourself in the Dutch house style. Which, in general, stands for high quality products. One thing is certain: the pavilion stands out with its bright and lively orange colour.
We organize trade show participations for the FHA Singapore, the FOODEX Japan, the SIAL Canada, Growtech Turkey, Maison + Objet in Paris and the PLMA Chicago, among others.
It is not always possible to travel to one of the trade show locations. However, this does not mean that your products cannot be presented. For example, besides our Netherlands Pavilion we also introduced the NL Lounge, where dutch companies were represented and their products were presented at the fair when it was not possible to organize a Netherlands Pavilion. And it works! It is a formula that was very successful at the edition of FHC Shanghai 2021 and FOODEX Japan 2021.

1. Before the trade show
Your participation is widely announced via our social media and networking channels. A lead list for the region is also drawn up in consultation with one of our export managers. We help you draft your sales pitch, put all POS materials in the appropriate language, provide the first introduction on behalf of your company and arrange appointments for the trade fair.
2. During the trade show
When participating in the Netherlands Pavilion, someone from Export Partner is always present for the overall coordination and organization. No export manager available within the organization to man the stand? On behalf of your company our experienced export managers will work from your stand.
3. AFTER THE TRADE SHOW
Nothing is more important than following up new leads immediately. Many companies miss out on the desired results from their trade fair participation because they don’t follow up on everyone carefully. Immediately after the trade show, Export Partner takes care of the lead follow-up in order to realize your goals.
