MODULE 3: Conversion
Conversion can be a purchase, physical or online, signing up for a newsletter or completing a lead form on LinkedIn. Prior to such conversions, a consumer needs to be familiar with your brand initially, has to be engaged next and finally he or she will proceed to convert.
MODULE 2: Engagement
A consumer usually visits a web shop several times before he or she decides to make a purchase. A consumer needs to be involved before he or she will proceed to making a purchase.
